The creation of MINDWEAR!

Hi everyone,

My name is Stuart and I am the creator behind the brand “MINDWEAR”.

The reason behind the brand and its creation is this, during my early years of life I suffered a lot from my mental health and was struggling to open up about how I felt.

i was eventually encouraged to talk to people friends, family that sort of thing. This then led me down a path of understanding my mental health and trying to understand what my triggers are and how I can improve my mental wellbeing.

Now, I understand life difficulties and challenges of course I do but somewhere down the line your own wellbeing and health must be top of your priority. 

Along with this I truly believe that a factor of improving your mental health or a small part of it anyway is all down to how you feel about yourself and how you look.

That is why I decided to create this community and brand because I feel that when you look your best it can improve how you view yourself and in turn can improve your mental health.

The word “community” is a massive part of MINDWEAR. I want people to wear the brand with pride and feel good about themselves whilst they are wearing it, but also encourage people to talk when they are struggling and become an anchor point for the community.

so there’s a little insight into MINDWEAR.
